Ask Claude. It researches from public sources, fills the 4-layer framework, and hands you your own pre-filled, private, editable workbook — opened in any browser.

What ve-fork does
ve-fork doesn't write a report — it produces a runnable copy of the Beachhead Workbook, cells already filled from what public research supports. You refine the rest.
“ve-fork the beachhead workbook for <product or URL>.” One sentence — that's the whole interface.
It researches publicly, then seeds the matrices, defender scores, Munger pressure-test and Test Cards — marking guesses as guesses.
A self-contained workbook. Open it, edit any cell, and “Share my pick” exports the whole thing to a link.
The framework it fills
At every layer the question is the same — what would kill this candidate? Weak ideas die early and cheap, so one defended pick survives.
30+ ideas → 4 candidates, scored on Aulet's 12-cell matrix + Moore's 3 conditions.
Can we actually dominate this one in our planning horizon? A binary filter.
Score 5 defenders × 5 metrics → a live Safe / Caution / Kill verdict.
Inversion, buyer-bias, incentives, opportunity cost, lollapalooza — the layer others miss.
The chosen beachhead in one sentence + 3 testable cards for the next 6 weeks.
3 / 6 / 12-month gates with success criteria and carried-forward risks.
Private by default
A forked workbook saves only to your browser — nothing is uploaded. The single thing that ever leaves your device is a “Share my pick” link, and only when you choose to make one. Runs the same in Claude chat, Cowork, and Claude Code.

It's the same method behind OYASS and the rest of the VE LAB portfolio — now one sentence away. Open the workbook yourself, or have us fork it for you.
